This page explains how listings on SewaKostBali are sourced, reviewed, and maintained, so visitors know what to expect from the information shown on this site.

How Listings Are Sourced

Listings are compiled from publicly available map and location data (such as Google Maps business listings) for boarding houses and rental accommodation in Bali. Location, facility, and pricing details are gathered from these public sources and, where available, from the property's own public contact channels.

Manual Review Before Publishing

Before a listing is published, our team reviews the collected information for basic completeness (name, location, at least one facility or price indicator) and checks for obvious duplicates against existing listings in the same area.

Keeping Listings Current

Listings can be marked inactive when we become aware they are no longer available or accurate, and are then excluded from search results and the sitemap. If you notice outdated or incorrect information on a listing, please let us know via our Contact page.

What We Don't Do

We do not accept payment in exchange for artificially inflated ratings or reviews, and we do not fabricate facility, price, or availability details — every claim shown on a listing page is meant to be traceable back to real submitted or sourced data.

Reporting an Issue

If you are a property owner and want a listing corrected or removed, or if you believe a listing violates someone's rights, contact us through our Contact page and we will review it.
