What We Provide

SewaKostBali is a free, informational directory of boarding house (kost) and rental accommodation listings in Bali. Listings are compiled from publicly available map and location data and reviewed by our team before publishing, but we do not manage, own, or operate any of the properties listed.

Listing Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information (price, availability, facilities, contact details) current, but details can change without notice. Always confirm price, availability, and terms directly with the property contact before making any payment or commitment.

No Booking or Payment Processing

SewaKostBali does not process bookings, payments, or deposits. Any transaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a property owner or agent is solely between those parties. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, such transactions.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it — including scraping the site at scale, submitting false listing information, or attempting to disrupt normal operation of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SewaKostBali is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on listing information.
